  • Excellent computer skills (MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word ) including experience with a CRM system or database to build and maintain a pipeline
  • Ability to make at least 50 and above cold calls a day
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently.

  • Self-directed, motivated
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous Real Estate recruitment experience is a must
  • Previous Real Estate sales experience is an advantage.
  • A bachelor’s degree is a must.
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude & career-oriented.
  • Strong Social Media experience.
  • Native English speaker.
  • Age 25 to 35 years.  

La Capitale is seeking a “Recruitment Specialist” located in Dubai, Head office. This position plays a key role in bringing real estate professionals into our successful organization. The Recruiter will engage with Real Estate professionals both new and experienced demonstrating to them how they can enhance their carrier to the next level with La Capitale. The position requires a real “sales” professional attitude with exceptional, proven telephone prospecting skills, impeccable follow-up and great customer service.


 Primary job responsibilities include:
  • Outbound and inbound agent recruiting efforts, both cold and warm.
  • Contact potential real estate agents to communicate the benefits of joining our team; articulate value proposition, and compensation plans when appropriate.
  • Use multiple sourcing tools to target agents to contact as well as build and manage candidate pipeline.
  • Gather competitive intelligence on competing companies to better understand how to sell La Capitale proposition.
  • Pre-interview over the phone and in-person to qualify candidates to present to Directors.
  • Schedule potential agent recruitment appointments with Directors and maintain recruiting records as needed. Offer input at the time of hiring a candidate.
  • Work as a team to achieve recruiting metrics.
  • Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
  • Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups and employees.
  • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with directors to discuss needs.
  • Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
